1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of Mingrow AI Business OS, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, administrators, and team members within your workspace.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your workspace login credentials, API keys, and integration tokens. Any activity performed under your workspace account — including actions taken by AI agents — is your organization's responsibility. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Mingrow to generate illegal content, send unauthorized spam communications, attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure or other users' data, overload system resources, reverse-engineer the platform, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. Service Availability & Uptime SLA
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for all core Business OS functions including AI agents, dashboards, and integrations. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via your account dashboard at least 48 hours in advance. Unplanned outages are addressed through our 24/7 incident response team.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup. All charges are in INR or USD as applicable. Mingrow reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, workflows, designs, and platform content are owned by Mingrow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all business data, documents, and content you input into the platform. You grant Mingrow a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mingrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Mingrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.
