1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscription plans — no questions asked. If Mingrow AI Business OS does not meet your business expectations within the first 14 days of initial subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for new subscriptions only (first-time payment) within the 14-day window. Renewal charges, add-on purchases, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not applicable to accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@mingrow.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 14 days of your initial payment. Include your registered email, workspace name, and reason for cancellation. Our support team will process your request within 2 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard under Workspace Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain fully active and functional until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access will be suspended.

5. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not issue refunds as credits or vouchers.

6. Annual Plan Cancellations

For annual plan subscribers, you may cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining term of the annual subscription. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are evaluating Mingrow for your business.
