2. Infrastructure & Cloud Security
Mingrow OS is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud environments with 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, automated vulnerability scanning, and multi-region redundancy. We leverage enterprise-grade cloud providers with Physical, Network, and Application-level security controls certified to international standards.
3. Access Controls & Authentication
Mingrow supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, role-based access controls (RBAC), and workspace-level permission management. All admin actions are logged with tamper-evident audit trails available to workspace administrators.
4. AI Agent Sandboxing
All AI agents operating within your Mingrow workspace execute within sandboxed environments. Each agent has strictly scoped permissions — an agent cannot access data, tools, or integrations outside its designated scope. Cross-tenant data access is architecturally impossible by design.
5. Vulnerability Management
Our security team conducts regular penetration testing, automated dependency scanning, and code audits. Critical vulnerabilities are patched within 24 hours of identification. We participate in responsible disclosure and maintain a security.txt file for external researchers to report potential vulnerabilities.
6. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
Mingrow maintains automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery capabilities. Our Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is under 4 hours and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is under 1 hour for core platform data. Backup integrity is verified weekly through automated restoration tests.
7. Vendor & Supply Chain Security
All third-party vendors integrated with Mingrow OS undergo a security review covering data handling practices, certifications, and breach history before approval. Vendor access is limited to the minimum necessary scope and is monitored continuously.
8. Reporting a Security Issue
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in Mingrow, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please report it immediately to info@mingrow.com with the subject line "Security Vulnerability Report". Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.
