1. Information We Collect

Mingrow collects information you provide directly to us when creating an account, configuring workspace agents, connecting third-party integrations, or contacting support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, company details, and billing information. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions, session logs, and workspace activity to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to power AI agents, automate your business processes, process transactions securely, send service updates, and continuously improve overall system performance. Your business data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3 at all times.

3. Data Isolation & AI Training

We do NOT use your proprietary enterprise data, customer interactions, or workspace content to train any public AI models. Your data remains strictly segregated within your dedicated tenant environment and is never shared across organizations.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share information with trusted infrastructure vendors required to operate Mingrow OS — such as secure cloud hosting providers, payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe), and communication platforms. We never sell your personal or business data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Deleted data is fully purged within 30 days from all production systems and backup stores.

6. Your Rights
